Most positions are "inside"; that is, they involve little or no traveling. We offer competitive compensation packages, including a wide-range of benefits.

CLAIMS ADJUSTER TRAINEE:

  • As a claims adjuster trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable career and business skills. You will be trained to investigate, evaluate, and settle commercial property and casualty claims. The ideal candidate will have sound judgment, common sense and a strong work ethic. The candidate will have the ability to understand complex issues and communicate effectively.


UNDERWRITER TRAINEES:

  • Qualified candidates must have a good personality for problem-solving, sales, and sound judgment. Although not required, some experience can be helpful. Training is mostly of the "on-the-job" type, starting out with the basics and usually ending up with responsibility for completing/analyzing applications, rating, negotiating sales, issuing quotations, binding coverage, ordering and analyzing inspection reports, and providing a wide-range of related services to independent agents and brokers.


PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST:

  • Telecommuting options. Part time or full time. Contract options.
  • Involves creating and implementing rates, rules and forms for our commercial property/casualty insurance company. Analysis and modification of existing products may also be required. Implementation involves regulatory compliance and IT/MIS integration.
  • The ideal candidate must be willing and able to work independently, with minimal training. The following are essential: exceptional attention to detail; strong reading comprehension; excellent interpersonal skills; superior verbal and written communication skills; strong math and personal computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel; the ability to multitask; and the ability to accurately diagnose, analyze, and solve problems. A minimum of two years of commercial property/casualty insurance work experience, including the areas of product development and regulatory compliance filings.
