When calling or writing us about an existing Crusader policy, please provide your "Policy Number." The policy number is usually shown on the first page of your policy. Also, please provide a description of your business and the business address.

When you receive your first quote from us you will be assigned a "Producer Code" number. Please include your producer code in all correspondence with us.

CLAIMS SERVICE & HANDLING::

IF you want to report or discuss a claim, loss, or occurrence...

Our Claims Department is available by telephone during regular business hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PST, and reports may also be sent to us by FAX or by U.S. mail.

ALL LOSS OCCURRENCES SHOULD BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY.

After receiving an occurrence report, we normally assign a "Claim Number." Please refer to our claim number when corresponding with us about a claim.
