PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL or write to our Underwriting Customer Service Department. Our insurance is only sold through independent agents and brokers; however, our customer service representatives are always glad to help you, or to help find a local agent or broker to assist you.

When calling or writing to us, please provide your Crusader "Policy Number."  The policy number is usually shown on the first page of your policy.  You should also provide us with a description of your business and the address.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL or write to our Underwriting Department. Each of our underwriters is assigned to serve a particular geographic area, based on the city, state, and zip code of your office.

When you receive your first quote from us you will be assigned a "Producer Code" number. Please refer to your producer number in your correspondence with us.

CLAIMS SERVICE & HANDLING:

IF you want to report a claim, loss, or occurrence...

Our Claims Department is available to receive these reports by telephone during regular working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. PST, and reports may also be sent to us by FAX or by U.S. mail.

ALL LOSS OCCURRENCES SHOULD BE REPORTED TO US IMMEDIATELY.

After receiving an occurrence report, we normally assign it a "Claim Number." Please refer to the claim number when corresponding with us about a claim.
